Our current services include ELITE, a comprehensive personalised property alignment engagement, and SCREENING, a focused preliminary assessment of an individual property's alignment suitability.

ELITE is our signature personalised alignment advisory experience for significant residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Through our CVS Matrix™, the assessment considers the relationship between Property, People and Purpose to develop bespoke alignment recommendations.

SCREENING is a focused, standalone assessment designed to provide an initial understanding of a property's alignment suitability.
It is intended for clients seeking preliminary guidance before making important property-related decisions.

Commercial Principles
- ·ELITE and SCREENING fees are inclusive of GST. Engagement details are shared privately upon request.
- ·The applicable property area for ELITE shall be subject to verification by the 10TH COSMOS technical team during the site visit.
- ·Excess carpet area above 5,000 sq. ft. is charged separately after area verification, at the applicable rate plus GST.
- ·SCREENING applies to one floor of one property only. Each additional floor or property requires a separate engagement.
- ·MASTERSTROKE is by private invitation only. No public pricing.
ELITE Advisory Terms
Advisory Validity & Commencement
ELITE advisory services remain valid for three (3) calendar months from the assigned Advisory Commencement Date. During this period, advisory services and reasonable clarifications are provided within the agreed scope. No separate additional consultation entitlement is included.
Where all commencement formalities are completed by the 9th of a calendar month, the advisory ordinarily commences on the 10th of that month. Where formalities are completed on or after the 10th, commencement ordinarily falls on the 10th of the following month. Commencement formalities include acceptance of the engagement, required payment and completion of essential onboarding requirements.
CVS Kit — Included
Your ELITE engagement includes the Consultant-prescribed CVS Kit components comprising CVS-R, CVS and CVS-Treatments, wherever applicable to your property.
CVS-Enhancements — Optional
CVS-Enhancements, where recommended, are optional and are not included in the ELITE Advisory Fee or CVS Kit. Clients may choose to purchase or procure recommended Enhancements separately at their own expense.
General construction, renovation, fixtures, furnishings, installation and third-party implementation expenses are not included unless expressly agreed otherwise.
