The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional alignment advisory. Formal advisory services are provided only under a signed engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, deliverables, and terms of the specific engagement.

Submitting a consultation enquiry through this Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. A client relationship is established only upon execution of an engagement letter and receipt of the applicable retainer.

Advisory fees are as set out in the engagement letter. The fee estimator on the Contact page is indicative only; the final fee is confirmed in the engagement letter. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made via UPI or such other method as agreed in the engagement letter. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the engagement letter or as required by applicable law.

We treat all information shared with us in connection with an advisory engagement — including property details, floor plans, and business information — as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party except as necessary to deliver the advisory service or as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat our advisory outputs, methodologies, and deliverables as confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10TH COSMOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or our advisory services.

Our advisory is based on alignment principles and our professional judgement. Outcomes depend on a range of factors beyond our control, including construction quality, occupant behaviour, and market conditions. We make no warranty or representation that any specific outcome will result from following our recommendations.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
