Registration Payment & Refund Policy

The registration payment is a fixed amount of ₹699. It registers your application with 10TH COSMOS. It is not the professional fee for any programme. The professional fee for an engagement is set out separately, in the engagement letter.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding or the commencement of professional advisory services. We review each application and will contact you.

If your application proceeds to an accepted or finalised advisory project, the ₹699 registration payment is refundable by adjustment. It is credited or adjusted once against the final professional fee payable for that accepted project.

This is a fee adjustment, not a cash refund. We do not promise repayment of the registration payment to your original payment method, and the registration payment is adjusted only once.

If your application does not proceed to an accepted or finalised project, the registration payment is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A registration is confirmed only after your payment has been verified. If an amount is debited from your account but you do not see a confirmation, please contact us with your payment reference and we will look into it.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which collects your payment details directly in its secure payment window. We do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI credentials. Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

This policy applies to the registration payment. Where our Terms of Use say that payments are non-refundable, that statement is subject to this policy for the registration payment.
